Good morning! Yesterday was a good day. I ran/walked 2 miles. I wanted to do yoga yesterday as well but Ran out of time. Even though it was my birthday I stayed with in my calories and didn’t over indulge in anything! It’s progress!
What’s on tap for you this weekend? Tonight will be yoga. I love Bob Harper’s Inside out Method Yoga for the Warrior. It is hard because I am not flexible and have tight hamstrings. Saturday I am hoping to run in the morning and have a birthday party in the afternoon and then more yoga on Sunday. I am a party animal…LOL.
